Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Business Grower LLC, we strive for complete client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Deposit Refunds

Deposits may be refunded under the following conditions:

  • Full refund: If we have not yet begun work on your project
  • Partial refund: If work has commenced, refund amount will be deposit minus hours worked and expenses incurred
  • No refund: After initial concepts have been delivered and approved

3. Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project:

  • Notify us in writing as soon as possible
  • You will be charged for all work completed to date
  • Any remaining balance from your deposit will be refunded
  • Cancellation must be confirmed in writing via email

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • We fail to deliver agreed-upon services
  • We miss agreed deadlines without justification (and you have fulfilled all your responsibilities)
  • The deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement
  • Technical issues on our end prevent project completion

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after work has begun
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after approval of concepts
  • Failure to provide necessary feedback or materials in a timely manner
  • Third-party expenses already incurred (stock photos, fonts, etc.)
  • After final deliverables have been provided and approved

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at Sales@businessgrower.online with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered. The amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, time invested, and expenses incurred.

9. Subscription Services

For ongoing retainer or subscription services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to discuss the matter with us directly. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties.

11. Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables and we have followed the agreed process, we will work with you to make necessary revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
