1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Business Grower LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Business Grower LLC provides graphic design, digital marketing, brand strategy, and related creative services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure they have the right to use any materials provided to us
• Make payments according to agreed terms

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Business Grower LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All preliminary designs, concepts, and working files remain our property.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new agreement and additional fees.

6. Project Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to that point. Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Business Grower LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
